In addition to Östersunds FK, 34 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Östersunds FK could be found in Group E together with Vuku IL 2, Orkla FK, Grong IL and Intercups MX.

Östersunds FK made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group E. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Averöykameratene 1, which they won with 3-0. Thereby Östersunds FK won the entire Slutspel B in Boys 16 during Storsjöcupen 2024.

Östersunds FK also participated in Pojkar 15 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Intercups MX Blue with 0-1 and ended up in second place.
