In addition to the two Hommelvik teams, 5 other teams played in Paratrophy G2. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Hommelvik IL Guts 2 could be found in Group A together with IFK Östersund, IK Sätra and Roslagen SOL.

Hommelvik IL Guts 2 made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Östersund, which they won with 3-1. Thereby Hommelvik IL Guts 2 won the entire Slutspel B in Paratrophy G2 during Storsjöcupen 2024.
