In addition to Östersunds FK, 70 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Östersunds FK could be found in Group O together with Skaun Bk /Buvik 1, Klæbu IL and Olderskog IL.

Östersunds FK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group O. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Egge IL / Sörlia IL 1 with 1-4. In the Final, Öztersund Ungdom IF won over CEF 18 Tucuman 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 14.

Östersunds FK also participated in Pojkar 13 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the final in Slutspel B, but lost it against Nationalkameratene SK NSV Rød with 1-2 and ended up in second place.
