In addition to the two Sport Torghatten teams, 21 other teams played in Girls 15. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Sport Torghatten IL 2 could be found in Group A together with Lillehammer Fotballklubb 1, Buvik IL, Remyra IL / Fram / Tangmoen 1 and IFK Östersund.

Sport Torghatten IL 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 5:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Egge IL / Sörlia IL with 0-3. In the Final, Lillehammer Fotballklubb 1 won over Selbu BK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Girls 15.

Sport Torghatten IL also participated in Flickor 14 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in F14 Slutspel A, but lost it against Sparbu IL /Steinkjer with 0-5.
