In addition to the two Sparbu teams, 69 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Sparbu IL /Byafossen 1 could be found in Group K together with Domsjö IF, Trygg/Lade, Rissa/Stadsbygd/Vanvik and RF Sport.

Sparbu IL /Byafossen 1 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group K. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Utleira IL 1 with 1-4. In the Final, Charlottenlund SK 1 won over Remyra IL 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 14.

Sparbu IL also participated in Pojkar 13 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in P13 Slutspel B, but lost it against Östersunds FK with 0-2.
