In addition to Öztersund Ungdom IF, 33 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Öztersund Ungdom IF could be found in Group A together with RF Sport, Lånke IL, Meldal SK and Lillehammer Fotballklubb 1.

Öztersund Ungdom IF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Overhalla IL with 1-6. In the Final, Örland BK won over Stjördals Blink and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 15.

Öztersund Ungdom IF also participated in Pojkar 14 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the 1/16 Final in P14 Slutspel B, but lost it against Frösö IF Rosa with 0-2.
