In addition to Hållingen, 34 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Hållingen could be found in Group C together with IFK Östersund, KIL/Hemne, Hitra FK and Brönnöysund IL 2.
Hållingen continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Örland BK with 1-4. In the Final, Östersunds FK won over Averöykameratene 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 16.
Hållingen comes from Høylandet which lies approximately 200 km from Östersund, where Storsjöcupen takes place. The area around Høylandet does also provide two additional clubs participating during Storsjöcupen 2024 (Grong IL and Overhalla IL).
