Also participated during the 2023 tournament!
In addition to the two Frösö teams, 42 other teams played in Girls 12 . They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Frösö IF 1 could be found in Group G together with Krokom Dvärsätts IF Grön, Aure IL and Utleira IL 1.

Frösö IF 1 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group G. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Stjördals Blink / Tangmoen Grön with 1-4. In the Final, Heimdal FK won over IL Aasguten and became the winner of Slutspel B in Girls 12 .

Frösö IF also participated in Flickor 11 T during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the Semi final in F11T Slutspel A, but lost it against Vuku IL with 1-6.
