In addition to Orkla FK, 9 other teams played in Girls 16. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Orkla FK could be found in Group B together with Remyra IL / Tangmoen, Kolvereid, Ope IF and Strömsbro IF.

Orkla FK made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Ranheim IL with 6-7. Thereby Orkla FK finished second in G16 Slutspel B during Storsjöcupen 2024.

Orkla FK also participated in Flickor 15 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They won Slutspel B, after beating Beitstad FK in the final with 3-2.
