Also participated during the 2023 tournament and reached second place in Slutspel A
Orkla FK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Stjördals Blink with 3-5. In the Final, Örland BK won over Stjördals Blink and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 15.
Orkla FK also participated in Pojkar 14 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the final in Slutspel A, but lost it against CEF 18 Tucuman 2 with 3-4 and ended up in second place.
