Kattem IL 2 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Frei FK with 3-4. In the Final, Öztersund Ungdom IF won over CEF 18 Tucuman 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 14.
Kattem IL also participated in Pojkar 13 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the 1/16 Final in P13 Slutspel A, but lost it against Strindheim IL 3 with 0-3.
