In addition to the two Ranheim teams, 42 other teams played in Girls 12 . They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Ranheim IL 1 could be found in Group E together with Orkdal IL / Orkla FK, IL Aasguten and Myssjö/Oviken IF.

Ranheim IL 1 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vuku IL /Stiklestad with 0-2. In the Final, Vuku IL /Stiklestad won over Kramfors-Alliansen and became the winner of Slutspel A in Girls 12 .
