IFK Östersund Röd continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Krokom Dvärsätts IF Grön with 1-2. In the Final, Heimdal FK won over IL Aasguten and became the winner of Slutspel B in Girls 12 .
IFK Östersund also participated in Flickor 11 T during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in F11T Slutspel A, but lost it against Frösö IF with 0-4.
