In addition to the three IFK Östersund teams, 62 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 12 . They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof IFK Östersund Röd could be found in Group E together with Charlottenlund 3, IL Aasguten and Åfjord IL.

IFK Östersund Röd continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Östersunds FK with 0-5. In the Final, Östersunds FK won over Egge IL 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 12 .

IFK Östersund also participated in Pojkar 11 T during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in P11T Slutspel A, but lost it against Byneset/Leinstrand with 2-3.
