In addition to IFK Östersund, 22 other teams played in Girls 15. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Östersund could be found in Group A together with Lillehammer Fotballklubb 1, Buvik IL, Remyra IL / Fram / Tangmoen 1 and Sport Torghatten IL 2.

IFK Östersund continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Heffnersklubbans BK with 8-9. In the Final, Remyra IL / Fram / Tangmoen 1 won over Heffnersklubbans BK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Girls 15.

IFK Östersund also participated in Flickor 14 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They won Slutspel A, after beating Verdal IL in the final with 7-6.
