IFK Östersund continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Åfjord IL with 1-7. In the Final, Charlottenlund SK 1 won over Remyra IL 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 14.
IFK Östersund also participated in Pojkar 13 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in P13 Slutspel B, but lost it against Meldal FK with 0-2.
