In addition to the three IFK Östersund teams, 72 other teams from 3 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof IFK Östersund Vit could be found in Group B together with Strindheim, Neset FK / IL Aasguten and Olderskog IL.

IFK Östersund Vit continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FK Fosen with 1-2. In the Final, Charlottenlund 2 won over Vinne IL and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 13.
