In addition to the three IFK Östersund teams, 62 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 12 . They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof IFK Östersund Vit could be found in Group A together with IL Varden, Lånke IL 1 and Trygg/Lade 2.

IFK Östersund Vit continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Egge IL 1 with 0-9. In the Final, Östersunds FK won over Egge IL 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 12 .

IFK Östersund also participated in Pojkar 11 T during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in P11T Slutspel A, but lost it against Byneset/Leinstrand with 2-3.
