Hitra FK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Intercups MX with 1-4. In the Final, Öztersund Ungdom IF won over CEF 18 Tucuman 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 14.
Hitra FK also participated in Pojkar 13 during Storsjöcupen 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in P13 Slutspel B, but lost it against Nationalkameratene SK NSV Rød with 1-2.
