In addition to the two Egge teams, 63 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 12 . They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Egge IL 1 could be found in Group I together with Ranheim IL 1, BK Flagg and Vuku IL.

Egge IL 1 made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group I. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Östersunds FK with 0-1. Thereby Egge IL 1 finished second in B12 Slutspel B during Storsjöcupen 2024.
