In addition to the two Orkanger teams, 63 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 12 . They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Orkanger IF 1 could be found in Group O together with FK Fosen, IFK Östersund and Averöykameratene.

Orkanger IF 1 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group O. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Östersund Vit with 0-5. In the Final, Östersunds FK won over Egge IL 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 12 .
