In addition to the four Charlottenlund SK teams, 67 other teams from 4 different countries played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Charlottenlund SK 2 could be found in Group D together with IFK Östersund City Vit, Sollentuna FK Tegel, Sparbu/Henning Vit and Skogn IL.
Charlottenlund SK 2 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Peru AD Cantolao with 4-14.
